🍷 Guided Wine Blending Classes

Become a winemaker for a day!
Join us for a 1.5–2 hour interactive wine blending experience. You'll:

• Taste and learn about three different wines

• Explore how acidity, sweetness, and body impact flavor

• Run blending trials to find your perfect mix

• Bottle your custom blend (375 ml), name it, design the label, and cork it yourself!

This class is all about personal taste—no right or wrong answers. You’ll learn the basics of wine chemistry and craft a blend tailored to your unique flavor profile.
