50% Zinfandel

If you recall the last GZ (2018), you probably recall that it was a pretty light-bodied and timid wine meant to hit the fridge for a hot summer pool day.
This wine ain’t that. This wine is a full-bodied monster with beautiful red fruit acidity (strawberry jam) and some incredible tannins (Zin and Grenache conspire on this point equally) that elongate the finish.
Don’t worry…. there is always a bonus pour or two ;)

57% Cabernet Sauvignon
43% Petite Sirah
15.5% ABV
We like a bold red to end the flight... or the night. Cab’s are usually big bold reds, bested perhaps by varietals with the odd moniker of “petit(e)” attached.
Hence, the CSPS blend was born to give you something bold and thought-provoking to bring to a thoughtful conversation around a firepit on a crisp night.
