  • I have an old gift card and I am having issues with it? Is it expired?

    Gift Cards do not expire. Please email us with your gift card number and we will be able to help with your purchase or booking (info@thewineblendinglab.com).

    If you are trying to book a reservation please also email us with your gift card number for assistance.

    Please note that we are unable to locate gift card numbers. In order to claim a gift card or check balance, we will need your full gift card number as gift card providers treat gift cards like cash and issue the amounts anonymously. We do not store or know the full numbers.

  • Do I need a reservation?

    LOS ANGELES: If you’re hoping to attend a wine blending class, reservations are required and can be made by clicking on the BOOK section in our navigation bar.

    If you’re hoping to visit the tasting room for a flight or a glass of wine, reservations are not required , but we do offer them. We recommend for large parties over 6 to always book in advance so that we are ready for you upon arrival.

    PASO ROBLES: Reservations are recommended for both wine blending and tasting, but walk-ins are welcome. If you’re hoping to come in during the week, outside of our weekend business hours, that option is by appointment only. Click on the BOOK section in our navigation bar and check out our Tock page for availability or email us at info@thewineblendinglab.com with any requests and questions.

  • Are dogs allowed?

    Both of our locations are dog friendly and we love pets! We kindly ask fo owners to please ensure that your dog is well behaved and gets along with other dogs and humans to avoid any issues. Dogs are required to be on a leash. We also know that accidents happen, but any unexpected messes made by your furry child are the responsibility of the owners.

  • Are you kids friendly?

    We are not kid unfriendly, but there are sharp corners and glass in reach everywhere. We kindly ask parents to please stay vigilant. You child’s safety is our main concern when visiting our space.

    We also cusss a bit! So we are not claiming any responsibility for any new words that your bundle of joy picks up ;)

  • I need to reschedule my class time. What do I do?

    Although the classes are a final sale/no refunds, we understand that scheduled change. Please email us at info@thewineblendinglab.com with your name and current class date, and we will issue a rebooking code or re-book on your behalf when applicable. Please note that a $25 per ticket/person rebooking fee applies to any re-bookings. No shows will have to purchase a new ticket.
