FLIGHT

Flight – $25

Our Flight features 3 special wines that we'd like to share with you this month. Served in our branded beaker holder, our flight is 6 oz (glass of wine)

WHITE, SKIN CONTACT, ROSÉ

BOTTLE $45 | GLASS $20

2021 CA

An ode to Mags’ past growing up in the Eastern Block. This Albariño/Chardonnay blend was co-fermented in concrete, giving it a crisp, acidic and lightly mineral finish. The flavor is reminiscent of a fruit salad of (only) ripe kiwi and green apple.

BOTTLE $45

2021 V

Our Viognier exudes notes of apricot and peach with a rounded, smooth and dry finish.

BOTTLE $50 | GLASS $20

2022 ROSÉ

A crushable summertime vibe in a glass, our rosé of Grenache Gris is a central member of our 3-part experiment with the same grape from the same vineyard and same harvest date. You will love the crispness of the acidity and minerality of this wine. Chuck the bottle in the pool with you (don’t forget the cork) to keep it nice & chilled for those hot days.

BOTTLE $55 | GLASS $20

2023 GG

Our 2nd edition of a true Orange Wine. No physical oranges were harmed in the making of this wine, it's just the color that was able to be extracted from the skin and stone fruit pairs with a secondary red tea like aroma and flavor.

BOTTLE $55 | GLASS $20

2023 GB

A single varietal with skin contact. A new addition to our skin contact White wines! But, don't call it an Orange wine as the time on skins doesn't add color, just a small but very clear touch of tannin to the palate and finish. Beautiful notes of acidity in this wine reminds of juicy pear and yellow apples.

BOTTLE $50 | GLASS $20

2021 Pinot (M)

A much darker and punchier version of Pinot Noir erring on the side neutral warm cherry aromas and flavors. This wine is smooth but also packs a punch as a much warmer and more alcoholic version of Pinot that you can either chill down for the summer or reserve for pairing to your turkey dinners come fall.

REDS

BOTTLE $50 | GLASS $20

2021 Pinot (D)

This is the lighter-bodied style of Pinot Noir out of our set. You'll find brighter red fruit aromas of ripe raspberry while the wine finishes light and smooth. Feel free to chill this down to a colder temperature to enjoy on a hot summer day!

BOTTLE $55 | GLASS $20

2019 GZ

A a unique combination and battle of red fruit! Strawberry, Cranberry and some Rhubarb intertwine with the baking spices from the Zinfandel for a truly unique wine that’s never been done before! High acidity makes it easily drinkable while still being structured.

BOTTLE $55 | GLASS $20

2019 MeG

This delicious blend tastes like blueberry pie with subtle spice from black pepper notes thanks to the Syrah. Firm tannins grow stronger with more sips in this medium/full bodied wine.

BOTTLE $55 | GLASS $20

2019 CSG

Deep dark jammy berries with a hint of black cherry with ripe wild strawberries. This wine has balanced sweetness that softens perception of acidity. The firm tannic structure lingers without being overwhelming, showing an evidence of grape skins, with a very light chalkiness that doesn’t dry out the mouth over 45-60 seconds. Very pleasant! Very natural!

BOTTLE $55 | GLASS $20

2018 ZCS

Gorgeous deep burnt ruby color indicates lovely acidity and structure. Wild strawberry compote on the nose and palate accentuated by toasted macadamia nut. Finishes smooth with balanced tannins.

BOTTLE $55 | GLASS $20

2019 CSPS

Bing cherry, green bell pepper and some smoke campfire wood are present in this low acid, big body wine.

BOTTLE $55 | GLASS $20

2019 SYPS

The aromas in this blend are subtly dark and juicy, with just a touch of acidity involved. The aha comes after the wine opens up a bit. You are taken back to the summer plum, the darkest black plum of the bunch with that modestly tart skin and the juicy plumy beige fleshy interior that is a dark fruit and tree fruit melange that is unlike anything else.
