2021 CA
An ode to Mags’ past growing up in the Eastern Block. This Albariño/Chardonnay blend was co-fermented in concrete, giving it a crisp, acidic and lightly mineral finish. The flavor is reminiscent of a fruit salad of (only) ripe kiwi and green apple.
BOTTLE $50 | GLASS $20
2021 V
Our Viognier exudes notes of apricot and peach with a rounded, smooth and dry finish.
BOTTLE $55 | GLASS $20
2022 ROSÉ
A crushable summertime vibe in a glass, our rosé of Grenache Gris is a central member of our 3-part experiment with the same grape from the same vineyard and same harvest date. You will love the crispness of the acidity and minerality of this wine. Chuck the bottle in the pool with you (don’t forget the cork) to keep it nice & chilled for those hot days.
BOTTLE $55 | GLASS $20
2019 CSG
Deep dark jammy berries with a hint of black cherry with ripe wild strawberries. This wine has balanced sweetness that softens perception of acidity. The firm tannic structure lingers without being overwhelming, showing an evidence of grape skins, with a very light chalkiness that doesn’t dry out the mouth over 45-60 seconds. Very pleasant! Very natural!
REDS
BOTTLE $55 | GLASS $20
2018 ZCS
Gorgeous deep burnt ruby color indicates lovely acidity and structure. Wild strawberry compote on the nose and palate accentuated by toasted macadamia nut. Finishes smooth with balanced tannins.
BOTTLE $55 | GLASS $20
2019 MCS
Intense red fruits that take a back seat to spicy jalapeño pepper salsa aromatics. Once this beauty hits the tongue its obviously an all-in-one holiday mulled wine special with seriously intriguing hints of spices like juniper berries and clove.
BOTTLE $55 | GLASS $20
2019 SYPS
The aromas in this blend are subtly dark and juicy, with just a touch of acidity involved. The aha comes after the wine opens up a bit. You are taken back to the summer plum, the darkest black plum of the bunch with that modestly tart skin and the juicy plumy beige fleshy interior that is a dark fruit and tree fruit melange that is unlike anything else.
