Which is why in addition to more traditional tasting room experience, The Blending Lab offers a unique opportunity for you join our wine blending classes and MAKE YOUR OWN WINE, Our favorite saying is ‘Don’t Blame The Wine’. It’s not the wines fault that you don’t like it. Each wine tells a story of a winemaker who asking you to come along on their personal journey. But, if a wine isn’t exactly what you like to drink, we will help you figure out why and teach you how to blend wine, to align to your own personal tastes and preferences. Our partners, Michael, Magdalena, Chris & the Lab’s fierce wine dog, Café Au Lait, have traveled the world in search of unique and exciting wine, from Peru to Turkey, and all of the better-known destinations in between. Those experiences inspire the wine tasting and blending experience The Blending Lab has brought to Paso and Los Angeles.

The Blending Lab is a small, privately owned business founded in 2014, with locations in Paso Robles and Los Angeles. Our owners are personally involved in each & every step of operations, and you will often see them at the tasting room storytelling about their favorite wines.
