About The Experience…
Become a winemaker for the day atThe Blending Lab and join us for a 2h class/blending experience where guests get to taste wine throughout. They first learn a little about the 3 wines they will be blending with, so that they know how to fix the flavor profiles they don't like and enhance what they like. After the single varietal exploration, they dive into blending trials with the goal of crafting that ideal blend. At the end of the class, everyone makes their own wine blend to take home (375 ml bottle). They get to name the wine, design the table and cork it! This is a super fun and interactive experience, perfect for team building expriences, client outings and company retreats, with a little education and a lot of wine fun!

BOOK A PRIVATE EVENT
BOOKING TERMS:
To lock in the desired date, The Blending Lab will invoice a non-refundable invoice. Upon payment the date is confirmed.
For events booked in advance $1000 deposit is due upon booking. Final headcount and final payment will be due a week before the event.
By confirming the headcount (10 or more for on site/20 or more guest for off site travel events) the organizer agrees to pay the final non-refundable invoice for the number of attendees confirmed.
Organizer confirms that all participants are 21 years old or older. All attendees must have a valid state IID upon arrival.
All private event sales are final. Minimum participants for private events:
10 for on site
20 or more guest for off site travel events
We understand that plans change and are happy to accommodate rebooking based on availability. A $500 rebooking fee applies to any private event date changes with less than a month advance notice.
GRATUITY:
For all private parties 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the invoice for in person events / 10% for virtual events. Prices listed above are inclusive of gratuity and taxes, not shipping (virtual events only).
SHIPPING (Virtual Events ONLY):
The Blending Lab uses 3rd party delivery partners and cannot guarantee any delivery dates.
The Blending Lab will work with the organizer to ensure that all packages are sent in sufficient amount of time for a timely delivery. If addresses are not provided on time, expedited shipping charges will apply.
All packages need to be signed for by the recipient over 21 years of age. Recipients must provide a valid phone number for carriers to be able to contact the recipient during delivery if they experience any issues/are unable to deliver.
The Blending Lab will provide tracking numbers for any packages sent to the organizer. Any packages returned to The Blending Lab after unsuccessful deliveries will have to be reshipped and additional shipping costs will be charged.
