Guided Wine Blending Class

Unleash your inner wine scientist in this 1.5-hour, hands-on blending adventure! Taste and explore three distinct single-varietal wines, then get creative as you craft your own custom blend to take home. Whether you’re a wine newbie or a seasoned enthusiast, this fun, guided class will lead you through the entire blending process—complete with plenty of wine to experiment with!

What’s the difference between a Guided Class and Open Lab?
In a Guided Class, you’ll have an expert instructor every step of the way, plus extra wine to play with. In the Open Lab, you get to blend at your own pace with light assistance from a team member.

Booking Info:

• By Appointment Only: Walk-ins welcome if spots are available. Email us to check availability.

• Classes are listed with open spots visible on the booking page.

• Red wines by default: Choose the white wine option when booking if that’s your preference.

• Each ticket is for one person and includes wine tastings and a bottle of your personal blend.

Important Details:

• Arrive 10 minutes early. Classes start on time!

• Late arrivals (more than 20 minutes) will not be admitted to avoid disrupting other’s experience and will need to rebook with a $50 fee.

• For group bookings, please reserve all spots in one transaction to guarantee seating together. Contact us for private group options for 10+ people.

Classes are final sale, with a $25 fee for reschedules with less than 7 days notice, and $50 for cancellations within 24h or less. No-shows will need to buy a new ticket.

You’ve been to a class and want to blend more? Not a class person, but you want to blend your own wine, and a specific wine? YOU ARE IN LUCK! OPEN LAB is for you!

OPEN LAB is NOT A CLASS.

• Will it have light guidance? YES! Our team will introduce the Open Lab wine blending and provide you with steps to follow, but there is no guided instruction or instructor that will guide you though the experience. This is a self-blend option intended for previous class takers or someone who feels comfortable with their wine knowledge to blend on their own. If you prefer or require detailed guidence, please book a guided class.

• Will you make your own wine? YES!

• Will there be a wine focus? YES!

• Do we get the same amount of wine as the class? NO, the class price point is higher because you do get to play with more wine and you do get 2 hours guidance from one of our expert instructors. You will not have an instructor for Open Lab.

OPEN LAB ENCOURAGES APPOINTMENTS (but we have lots of time options!) Why you ask!? Because it’s like a chemistry session and we want to be ready for you :)

Price includes wine for tasting/blending and one 375ml bottle of your own blend to go. Extra bottles can be made for $30 per bottle.
