Our walk in business hours are:

• Saturday noon-6PM

• Sunday noon - 4PM.

We are open Friday but reservations are required and we will not have walk in options on Fridays for the timebeing. You can book your reservations by clicking on one of the options to the right.

We also offer reservations during the week for wine blending classes. To inquire about availability, please email us with your preferred date and time as well as your party size at hellopaso@thewineblendinglab.com.

ABOUT THE BLENDING CLASS:

Become a wine maker for the day and join us at our blending table! The per person price includes a 2h class/blending experience where guests get to taste wine throughout. They first learn a little about the 3 wines they will be blending with, so that they know how to fix the flavor profiles they don't like and enhance what they like. Once that happens, we dive into blending trials and crafting that ideal blend (which is different for everyone). At the end of the class, everyone makes their own wine blend to take home (375 ml bottle). They get to name the wine, design the table and cork it! This is a super fun and interactive experience. 

In our class we focus on the chemistry of wine and focus on acidity, sweetness and body of wine. Instead of telling you what you like, we encourage you to explore your personal preferences and blend to your own flavor profile!
